この詩とイラストについて
上から見れば小さく見えて、下から見れば大きく見える。
じゃあ、自分はいったいどこにいるんだろう。
そんなことを考えながら描いた詩とイラストです。
独善
屋上から見下ろすと
無数の虫が何かを運んでいる
僕が眺めていることを 知らないように
誰かが僕を眺めている
大きいと 小さいことに気づかない
小さいと 大きいことに気づかない
真ん中がない輪の中でグルグルまわる
僕は空の向こうをにらんでみたけど
やっぱり空しか見えなかった
Self-Righteousness
Looking down from the rooftop,
I see countless little insects
carrying something below.
As if they have no idea
that I'm watching them,
someone, somewhere,
may be watching me.
When you're big,
you don't notice how small you are.
When you're small,
you don't notice how big you are.
Round and round we go,
inside a circle with no center.
I stared hard
beyond the sky,
but in the end,
all I could see
was the sky.
