この詩とイラストについて
久しぶりに見上げた夜空で、眩しく光る星と目が合った。
届かないとわかっているものほど、届いてほしいと願ってしまうことがある。
そんな夜に想ったことを描いた詩とイラストです。
想うこと
久しぶりに 夜空を見上げたら
眩しく光る星と目が合った
いつから光っていたのだろうか
届きそうなくらいのまぶしさだ
見えるけど行けないところ
行けそうで行けないところ
そんなことはわかっているけど
勘違いさせるほどのまぶしさだ
どうにかして行ければいいのに
どうにかして伝わればいいのに
行けるはずのないその星に想い
明日もくっきり見えますように
今日もありがとう
Thoughts
I looked up at the night sky
for the first time in a while,
and my eyes met a brightly shining star.
I wonder how long
it had been shining there.
So bright, it almost felt within reach.
A place I can see, but cannot go.
A place that feels so close, yet remains beyond me.
I know all of that,
and still,
it shines brightly enough
to make me think I could.
If only there were some way to reach it.
If only there were some way for my feelings to reach it.
Thinking of that star
I know I can never reach,
I hope I can see it
just as clearly tomorrow.
